In the La Barra del Erre kitchen, we believe in fusing the classic with the modern. In today’s world, people travel more than ever, experiencing new flavours and becoming more open to taking risks in the process. That’s why we try to offer dishes with a unique touch, though always staying true to our local cuisine. In a ceviche, for example, we’ll use our pericana peppers, and if we’re using vegetables from the garden, we’ll season them with Mexican achiote sauce – cuisine based on our raw material, but with a view to the world.
At La Barra del Erre, we want people to come and enjoy wine, tapas or dinner, with friends, a partner or family. One of our specialities is our extensive range of wines, and we drink almost all of them, allowing us to offer something different to the Ibi community.
